have to return a few times to correct an issue took vehicle in for routine maintenance and also had a recall issue taken care of. After getting vehicle back, 2 days later had service light come on took vehicle in for routine maintenance and also had a recall issue taken care of. After getting vehicle back, 2 days later had service light come on and when vehicle was brought back Dianna knew what problem was and had it taken care of. Next visit was an issue with right headlight out and bulb was replaced, when i received vehicle back, headlight was still out and was told i had to make an appt to have it taken care of, I felt that service employees didn’t rectify the issue and just brushed me off More

She is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable and I gotta say, she always puts my mind at ease when I sit down with her and check in my car and give her the rundown of what’s going on. This time around my visit was a lot simpler just pretty much getting a remote start installed my oil change and state inspection but it was still a great seamless process. Difficult problems, satisfactory resolution I brought my truck there for a major problem after being jerked around by another dealer. I had the second non related issue repaired there also as the vehicle was already there and they took a look at it with all seriousness. Unfortunately, the smoke issue persisted but was handled with style and grace in a very timely manner resulting in a satisfied customer. One star deducted for the length of time it took to resolve all issues and understand that it’s not the service departments fault, but it still took a long time to get fixed More
