We had fantastic service at BMW of Silver Spring. It started with service on my original vehicle. Delfin Green and the Service team took care of the item I came in to fix, and they identified a war It started with service on my original vehicle. Delfin Green and the Service team took care of the item I came in to fix, and they identified a warranty item to repair. I also was ready to trade my vehicle in for a newer model. Desirea Jackson provided great service, first tracking down the loaner model we initially identified and then assisting with a different vehicle that we ultimately purchased. Naeim was fantastic, as well. Very efficient process all around. More
