The time was booked for service at 10:00 yet I was not spoken to about my service until 10:35. Then over two hours later I was told about my car being completed. I did say don’t wash it because that would spoken to about my service until 10:35. Then over two hours later I was told about my car being completed. I did say don’t wash it because that would have been longer. I think that your company is over booking clients! Frustrating to each of us. Several days after I received my car I realized that there was no washer fluid. So clearly with the service that was not looked at. This makes me concerned about anything else? Or does BMW not look? Next, why wasn’t I informed prior to coming that I would be charged a fee for using my credit card? Ridiculous! I was asked if I have a check. Really? Who carries a check book? Then a debit card? Yes, I figured out my pin and used that. I was totally embarrassed! This now brings me to my lease. I had believed that I had until 2/25 for total coverage. Little did I k ow that the maintenance ended in September. This is another bad point for BMW. I owned my BNW from 1995 - 2023 and then leased this one. My goal is to continue and I can only hope that your company would be better in communication to their customers. . More

The service damaged my sunscreen. I didn't bring my car in with a sunscreen issue. I brought it in for a misfire and software issue. Updating the software, the tech noticed the sunscr I didn't bring my car in with a sunscreen issue. I brought it in for a misfire and software issue. Updating the software, the tech noticed the sunscreen issue that occurred while in the care of BMW. Rather than taking accountability and contacting me about the problem, Derek made the decision to cut some, but not all of the fabric out of my sunscreen. And then presented me with a $2600++ invoice to get the damaged sunscreen repaired. I didn't break the sunscreen, I didn't approve the sunscreen to be cut to bits, I wasn't notified of the issue until I arrived to retrieve the vehicle after the software update. More

Terrible service department Called up to 4 times a day with no response from my service advisor, drove to BMW Sarasota which was a 45 minute drive only to find out it still was not fixed. Asked why the ca with no response from my service advisor, drove to BMW Sarasota which was a 45 minute drive only to find out it still was not fixed. Asked why the calls were not returned and he said he was just too busy. Could have saved me the trip if a call was returned. Pulled the car from service and took it to BMW Tampa who got me in to service on a Saturday with no appointment and the issue was resolved. Even though I live in Sarasota I will be taking my vehicle to BMW Tampa in the future. More
