Very disappointed with the service provided by BMW of Sarasota; besides the wait which is always long regardless of you having an appointment or not, the service itself did not impress. Was told I neede Sarasota; besides the wait which is always long regardless of you having an appointment or not, the service itself did not impress. Was told I needed a new battery for my car which I did not get there - stopped at a Battery place on my way home and saw it with my own eyes the battery which i was told was faulty had a 96% life in it; slightly under voltage given that I had not driven the car for a few weeks but good - note BMW wanted to charge me close to $600 for a new one, which I could have gotten at this place installed for less than $300; turns out I did not need one at all! Add insult to injury BMW also charged me a 3% credit card usage fee ... really BMW?! Really?! at BMW?! More
