Long wait Have always gotten my oil changes and service at BMW. Oil changes always seem to take a couple of hours. This happens regardless of time of day and seems too long. I even noticed my car in the parking lot after service was complete Justin waiting for a wash. The process doesn’t appear to be running as efficiently as it could. More

First Service New X5 Brought my new X5 for its first service and was told it does not come with the 3 year 36K miles service agreement. I ended up paying for the service. My understanding from BMW that all new vehicles come with this . I will not be using this service center going forward. More

Emergency repair Found myself within a block of Sarasota BMW when I began losing all my antifreeze fluid. With the car temperature fast approaching the red line, I li Found myself within a block of Sarasota BMW when I began losing all my antifreeze fluid. With the car temperature fast approaching the red line, I limped into the service bay and was promptly helped, even though I had no appointment. I was offered a car, told they would evaluate and call me back. They identified the problem, ordered parts and within two business days I picked up the car at the dealership. Great service, treated well and happy! My service advisor Derek was terrific, positive and very helpful. Thanks Sarasota BMW!!!!!! More

Disappointed in Check In process Appt for 1030 for first service, arrived 1015, waited in car for 5 min then realized advisor process different than previous at Toyota. Got out of car Appt for 1030 for first service, arrived 1015, waited in car for 5 min then realized advisor process different than previous at Toyota. Got out of car and told to go to podium for check in, waited in line, no warm welcome, signed in, assigned advisor and was told to wait inside until he comes. So I couldn't leave it and had Lyft coming to take me to 11 appt. Advisor didn't come to check me in until 1040-1045 so had to reschedule 11 appt to anther day. Waited at service waiting room, crazy busy, lost chair multiple times. Appreciated soda and chips and hgtv. Thankfully car service done sooner than anticipated, was able to leave by 1210. More
