In for a recall and a minor service I was very impressed that BMW of Sarasota proactively called me to schedule my PCV Valve recall service. They also gave me a rental car. My Service Overdue light was on and they we're able to fix that issue too - brake flush and fluids. I was very pleased with Derek, as always. More

328i maintenance My 2010 328i needed new rear tires. Carlos was able to accommodate my schedule, and arranged for Derick to help me. Since we had to order the tires My 2010 328i needed new rear tires. Carlos was able to accommodate my schedule, and arranged for Derick to help me. Since we had to order the tires, I was able to get them replaced on a Saturday, and Lewis was able to keep me informed so I could go to breakfast with my family while they did the change. Incredibly, I could tell the difference right away. It is so nice to have a nice waiting area, friendly staff, and great service; it makes my maintenance visits worth the time. More

Loaner vehicle possible inadmissible! Service aside I am of the opinion that when you purchase a car like BMW when it is all about the driving experience you are forced to take a Uber to w Service aside I am of the opinion that when you purchase a car like BMW when it is all about the driving experience you are forced to take a Uber to wherever you need to go once you drop off your rather expensive vehicle and then be subject to being able to reach out to your service advisor in order to schedule a pickup back at a time that is once again convenient for one's schedule! As a proud owner of 2 other vehicles (Audi and Mercedes) I have to say that BMW is the worst of all three brands when it comes to serving their customers. Inadmissible and frankly incomprehensible! More

Poor Service Want to wait an hour to have the service dept even touch your car? Had insurance on car tire. Had to hassle over my tire being “discontinued” and needed to pay price difference in 8 months to replace under contract tire Maria needed to take her lunch so they passes me around and after 2 hrs and speaking to the manager they still got the bill wrong and had to redo. NEVER use their service department unless you want to be lied to. More
