He was very efficient, and answered questions I had along the way. Even as we were leaving I had one more question, and he came out to the car and answered it. The whole process of buying our car was streamlined and efficient. It was a good process from start to finish, handled by knowledgeable people including the Bella, the “genius” who explained the bells and whistles, finance people, Pete Mishos, and Rahul who took us through the whole process. Everyone at BMW of Sarasota made purchasing our new car a wonderful experience.
