Great service I had a number of issues going on with my X3. Derek was able to solve all of them, including realizing one was a problem with a part that had an exten I had a number of issues going on with my X3. Derek was able to solve all of them, including realizing one was a problem with a part that had an extended warranty, hence no charge to me. He was pleasant to work with and sent me frequent updates. Convenient and excellent service Took my low mileage 330xi GT in for warranty service. Oil and filter(s) changed at no charge. Also replaced battery key fob and cabin filter. Oil change and check up The visit with smoothly! Everyone I encountered was polite and they assisted me with a ride back home so I could be productive for the two hours my ve The visit with smoothly! Everyone I encountered was polite and they assisted me with a ride back home so I could be productive for the two hours my vehicle was being serviced. Once the car was ready they sent a ride for me and returned me to pick up my car. Even got a video sent to me of the inspection going over my tire conditions etc. First class experience and much appreciated. Derek Was great More
