I recently had to bring my car for a slow leak in the tire. I was first assisted by Loraine who had to order the replacement tire prior to my appointment. She is very professional and thorough. Awesome experience as usual! I brought a new-to-me E46 in for an inspection and the entire experience was exceptional. Derek was super helpful in getting me scheduled and providin I brought a new-to-me E46 in for an inspection and the entire experience was exceptional. Derek was super helpful in getting me scheduled and providing me with all of the details and results of the inspection. I was blown away by the video I received with the tech going over the inspection and pointing out everything he found. This was an awesome feature I wasn't at all expecting and it was so helpful instead of just getting a list of things that need attention. Thanks so much to Derek and the BMW Sarasota service department. You guys rock! More

Oil change I was able to meet the service advisor Derek. He greeted me with a smile. He let me know from start to finish what was happening with my vehicle as we I was able to meet the service advisor Derek. He greeted me with a smile.
