We had a tire blow out 12 miles from the dealership. Called in to order a replacement and were towed in. Everything went well. I must say that when a customer arrives for an appointment and they are told to go to the lounge until you service advisor is ready for you and if he doesn't come in 15 minutes I sh arrives for an appointment and they are told to go to the lounge until you service advisor is ready for you and if he doesn't come in 15 minutes I should return to the drop off area it doesn't seem to value me as a customer. Maintenance department is very busy, but service is good. Customers are kept up to date as to the status of their vehicle via phone calls and text messages.
