Tiffany was great and has always been. Super service and communication. Service at the dealership has improved as it has been very bad in the past years. This was our second visit to BMW of Sarasota and once again, we were not disappointed. Mr. Parker “JP” is simply awesome and is an invaluable asset to BMW. Anytime a friend or coworker asks about a good again, we were not disappointed. Mr. Parker “JP” is simply awesome and is an invaluable asset to BMW. Anytime a friend or coworker asks about a good car guy that will give them a fair deal and great car buying experience, I tell them to go see JP. The sales Associate that took care of us was Bobby who did a great job and was professional, polite and simply a pleasure to deal with. Regarding the service department, our recent service experience was one of several over the last eight months and I’m very impressed with the attentive and professional service they have provided. I also want to note that I really like receiving a short video when the service department does the vehicle inspection of the brakes, tires and undercarriage of the vehicle.
