Best experience EVER!!! I recently received a job transfer that required me to travel from St. Catharines to Grimsby every day for work. While my old SUV was ok for travellin I recently received a job transfer that required me to travel from St. Catharines to Grimsby every day for work. While my old SUV was ok for travelling around the city it was not suitable for travelling that distance safely. With that in mind, I started looking online into a newer vehicle. I filled in a pre-application and within hours Derek was on the phone with me. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for when we met and he went to work to locate me the perfect newer SUV. Within a few days he not only found me the SUV I wanted, but he made the process a totally enjoyable experience. I found myself looking forward to the next email just to see what he'd come up with. He took care of everything and never made me feel like my preferences were a problem. I would highly recommend Derek and Collins Nissan to my family and friends or anyone looking for an exceptional new/newer car shopping experience!! I have not even received my car yet and already I am extremely satisfied with the service provided here at Collins Nissan - I have poor credit and man I have not even received my car yet and already I am extremely satisfied with the service provided here at Collins Nissan - I have poor credit and many dealerships claim to be able to 'work with me' and get me in a vehicle ASAP. But NONE have followed through- with the exception of this fantastic dealership! Not only did they quickly get me approved but explained that by leasing with them I can improve my poor credit rating! I have always been a fan of Nissan and I knew choosing a vehicle wouldn't be a problem because all of them were great, not only by looks but by performance. I dealt mostly with the finance manager Derek Schiavone and he was awesome on helping me with financing a vehicle and my options as to what type of vehicle I can start out with. He helped me step by step with the process giving me all the information I needed and what to look out for and what to expect and gave me a great rate at and affordable rate I was pleased with. I ended up with the 2015 Nissan Versa. It's a great car to start out with and hopefully down the road when I'm finished with it I can work my way to future Nissan vehicles. Overall I was pleased with a great experience and I will definitely make my to Nissan again as my permanent dealership. More
