Laris took care of me in the midst of the months end chaos and unscheduled. He worked to find a feasible solution to help me walk away with my car of choice in a time efficient manner. Great Service 11/11/19 I had my car serviced for the 75k Audi care service. And as usual Derek took care of me, I also asked for him and would only deal with him 11/11/19 I had my car serviced for the 75k Audi care service. And as usual Derek took care of me, I also asked for him and would only deal with him also. It's so nice to work with someone you respect and trust. I can't say enough about Derek, Burlington Audi is lucky to have him as an employee. Also I want to mention Steve Robson the mechanic who worked on my car and also helped me out the day after to replace my driver side mirror which was not working. He was very professional and nice, I tried to tip him some money for lunch or coffee but he refused. He said he's there to take care of the customers and Burlington Audi treats him quite well. Steve was awesome he actually fixed my passenger side mirror which Stratham Audi messed up. I can't say enough about Derek and Steve they are two top notch employees and Burlington Audi is lucky to have them. Thanks, Bobby D More

Great Service I just got my 02 sensor and air bag recall done today. Derek Brodeur was my advisor. This guy is the best advisor at Burlington, I don't want to deal with anybody else. He's a straight shooter, when I bought my car A3 over a year ago at Burlington it still had a service of Audi care left over that nobody informed me of. When I made the appointment and was told to bring my car in at 4PM I was advised that the mechanics work unt Thank you Mr. Sehovic for your response. When I made the appointment and was told to bring my car in at 4PM I was advised that the mechanics work until 10PM and that the work could be completed by the morning when I could get my car back. Why else would I be given a 4 PM appointment instead of 8 AM?? That is why when I had not heard from ANYONE by 10PM I started calling and had 16 UNANSWERED CALLS. So you are misinformed. Gary your service manager DID NOT UPDATE ME AROUND 9PM. That message was sent to me at 7:48am. And Mr. Sehovic you didn't address why you did not return my call to you that morning. Ms. Dickson More

Service department leaves much to be desired However, to my dismay, this continued over to the service side of the dealership which has continuously left me disappointed. EVERY visit I have go However, to my dismay, this continued over to the service side of the dealership which has continuously left me disappointed. EVERY visit I have gone to get my car service has resulted is something being wrong. • First there was a recall on the aluminum trim of the speakers which was supposed to be replaced with stickers. They removed the aluminum, gave me back the car only for me to realize they never put on the sticker replacements when I was on the highway. When I went back, they put on the stickers but never removed the old glue, causing them to fall off once home. • I called to set an appointment the stickers fixed and to also replace the parking break button was also was having the same issues of the aluminum trim. They said they had to order the part and would call me back, of which I never got. I followed-up and said they had to still order the part but set the appointment and it will be in when you come in. To my dismay, they fixed the speakers but never ordered the replacement part. No apology. No we messed up. Nothing. After complaining they agreed to provide a loaner while they got a part and fixed it the next day. • My most recent disappointment was on my second annual service – part of AudiCare which I paid extra to extend (and now wishing I did not). Car went in with no issues for an oil change and a brake flush as part of AudiCare (added on by the dealership when I arrive). However, when I got my car back, now there are issues turning the steering wheel with a grinding sound. When I called, the service technician said they noticed damage in the wheel well when they put my car up on the jack. However, it was fine when I brought it in, the vehicle report states no damage, and the only other time the car was driven was by the technician as part of the road test (post brake flush). After complaining to the service manager, they agreed to take the car back in and fix it. How is it that a luxury car dealership has this bad of a service department? More

I spoke with Derek Brodeur at service and he informed me that the vehicle I purchased still had Audi care and my service was going to be covered. Now I'm not a dealership person for I don't believe a thing most of them say, but I was blown away with the honesty and help I received from Derek. He's a stand up guy and I will be a dealership service customer going forward. I can't thank or say enough good things about Derek and the staff there. It's great to know I'm able to deal with stand up people, also Joe Mac was a great guy also we had a great conversation after he bought me my car after it was serviced, plus they have an ice cream cooler with great ice cream if I say so myself.
