Quick and Easy I looked at a number of cars before deciding that I really wanted a Jeep. I chose Cortese because of it's location close to home and because of the v I looked at a number of cars before deciding that I really wanted a Jeep. I chose Cortese because of it's location close to home and because of the variety of vehicles on the lot. My Sales person was Derek Bridges. Right from the beginning I was comfortable dealing with him. He was very straight forward and answered any questions I had in a timely fashion. He made the car buying process fast and easy and delivered on any promises he made. Everybody at Cortese was great to deal with and all in all it was an excellent experience. More

So so. Noticed a day after purchase a chip/small crack in windshield. They asked me to bring it in to look at it. They had some sub contractor guy look at Noticed a day after purchase a chip/small crack in windshield. They asked me to bring it in to look at it. They had some sub contractor guy look at it and say, "It was definitely filled in. Enjoy your new car." While sub contractor guy was looking at it, the salesman naturally disappeared. A follow up would have been nice from the sales team, they knew I was there, they knew I was naturally disappointed that my 14k investment had a fixable defect. Now, every time I drive, my eyes are drawn right to the chip/crack. Now, at some point I will have to call it in to insurance to have it fixed. More
