Very professional and friendly When I arrived at the service department, I was met by the service writer's and they were very professional and friendly. When I told them of the issue I was having with my Jeep, they knew what the issue was and how to fix it. Unfortunately my Jeep made a lier out of me (ha ha), but they did the best they could to diagnose the problem to see if it would present itself.
