This was the FIRST experience purchasing a vehicle where I didn't feel like my sales associate was trying to push me into buying something I didn't want or need. I have been to MANY dealerships and usually I didn't feel like my sales associate was trying to push me into buying something I didn't want or need. I have been to MANY dealerships and usually loathe dealing with the vultures but this was a very easy, pleasent experience. I do not care for any of the sales personal at this dealership. They are rude and extremely arrogant. I don’t understand how you can be so arrogant when you don’t know half of the information on the pr dealership. They are rude and extremely arrogant. I don’t understand how you can be so arrogant when you don’t know half of the information on the product you’re selling. The service department on the other hand. 5/5. The only reason why i return to this dealership is the service. Nice guys, patient, willing to answer any and all of your questions. You don’t feel like just another number WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Sales can learn a thing or two from the Service department’s customer service. More
