Diagnosis was quick and thorough. Updates were not frequent enough, with my contacting the dealership to get updates, rather than them contacting me. In addition, there was a charge on my bill that I didn’t agree with ( a key that costs $160) that I did not need as the two I already have work fine. When I called and talked with Darby and explained my concern about a key and charge I did not need, she simply said, “Well now you have three keys.” This was not an explanation, nor did I feel she heard my concern. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No returned phone calls, texts, or emails.The sales staff and ownership does not want to hear from its customers after the sale.
