Second Time is a CHARM! My first contact and in-person appointment with this dealership was unfortunately disappointing to say the least. If it was not for Denton Gupton; I My first contact and in-person appointment with this dealership was unfortunately disappointing to say the least. If it was not for Denton Gupton; I would still be a Volvo owner (having been one for over 20 years); I would just not be owning a new Volvo purchased from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. That being said, and because I believe in shopping local; I put the memory of the first appointment aside and dealt specifically with Denton (whose primary function is not new car sales) and Tim Dalton. Both went above and beyond ~ ~ my expectations were exceeded! My new salesperson was Richard Nourie and I truly cannot say enough about how amazing he is! There was absolutely no pressure and there really is nothing Richard didn't know about my new S90 T8. If you are considering a purchase, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Richard Nourie. Because of COVID19 most things were done remotely. Denton, Tim, and Richard were extremely responsive by email. My vehicle was prepped and ready on pick-up day (shining out front!) Meeting with Ken Wang to sign everything was a breeze. Ken had everything prepared and, again, no pressure. Everyone maintained proper social distancing and the dealership was extremely clean looking and smelling. From when my wife and I walked onto the lot we were met with a smile and a very knowledgeable salesman in the person of Zach seamless auto purchase.
