He answered all of our questions and was very professional while making us feel as if we have known him for a long time. Super Professional, Great Deal, Didn’t Waste Our Time I’m no stranger to driving to ATL from AL for better selection and pricing, but this experience was the best. Why? because they instantly accepted my offer, which was thousands lower than I could have gotten closer to home, gave me a decent over allowance on my trade, and didn’t waste my time at any stage of the transaction. The deal began with an email offer to their Sales Manager and a few days later it consummated with the closing at their store that only took a bit over an hour. The deal could not have been faster or easier. The car is perfect, a 2020 that we couldn’t be happier with. Everyone we dealt with was super professional and all in all, the long drive there was well worth it (and super fun driving home with our new Volvo)! Were not willing to bargain with me on trade in or their car, but think they knew I loved the car and would not have found it without their efforts. the Sales Managers (Denton and Rex?) were helpful and Zach, my salesperson were pleasant to work with. Denton added in an accessory I simply had to have, ordered it and will be sent to me this week. Overall, a pleasant experience , helpful with getting my new car all set up with a vanity plate and tag process was easy. Also did not put undue pressure on me to buy fabric and paint treatments when I stated was not interested in. Thank you for your courtesies and professionalism. More
