They sold me a “certified” used 2020 xc90 with warped rotors. Immediately returned and voided my purchase. The entire car was rattling when braking. They tried passing it off as rotor buildup when the car sits too long, but this is not true because we test drove this car not long before the purchase. We should have tested it at higher speed to realize the entire brake system went unchecked by their “certification” process. The car interior also had smudges and animal hair even though they said they detailed it. My suspicions is they rushed the certification process to sell us this car as quick as possible. We went with another brand because we completely lost faith with their used cars. They literally took 47k from me and gave me an unsafe car. How do you not check the brakes and dare to take my money???!!! Completely unacceptable. Worst of all the used car sales manager Denton came in and said that I was overreacting and they can simply fix the rotors. There is no way I would trust that everything else checked correctly. More
