Love the selection they have! I randomly ran into Denton at a parking lot and he happened to be driving a car that I love that I didn't even know of. I will begin by saying that I was skeptical about inquiring about a used vehicle for my mom online at a big dealership. Once I inquired about the 2017 Honda Pilot and started talking to Taylor the sales rep about the vehicle she started answering all my questions even after hours. If she didn't know she would always find out and respond quickly. She even connected me with Denton the used car director who took the time the answer more questions about it all giving us the bottom line purchase price. We had a bank check made out and took it with us. Guess what when we got there were no surprises or extra fees. It was the exact amount just as Taylor and Denton had told us. We had the privilege to work with Johnny since Taylor wasn't there. He is awesome and made sure everything went flawless. The service dept was willing to take a second look under it for me just to double-check no issues in a timely manner! They notice a tire issue and went above and beyond to handle it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and its outstanding men and women who truly care! Thanks again!!! More

I was an out-of-town purchaser the sales person was excellent and cater to my needs but buying a certified preowned vehicle and needing some small things to be repaired that was not taken care of befor excellent and cater to my needs but buying a certified preowned vehicle and needing some small things to be repaired that was not taken care of before delivery is kind of disappointing.. I have spoken with someone in the management team and they are taking care of these small issues but my time is valuable and I have to find some time to get the car to the dealership to order the parts and again to the dealership to have the repairs done.. I was in the market for a late-model Toyota Highlander - they had a 2019 Limited with just 13K m Awesome experience with Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia! I was in the market for a late-model Toyota Highlander - they had a 2019 Limited with just 13K miles. Since I was over 4-1/2 hours away, I didn’t want to drive all the way there to trade my vehicle. No matter - Volvo had a driver deliver directly to me and return with our trade-in. Paperwork was handled by the driver, another plus. Probably the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! (And I’ve had a lot - that was my 30th car purchase over the last 35 years). Our sales associate, Justin Barnes, was fantastic, and kept in continuous communication throughout the process. He made sure we were taken care of even on his day off. The whole team pitched in and helped carry the transaction all the way through. Two thumbs up - would absolutely buy from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia again!!! More
