This dealership is the closest to our new home, after relocating from GTA. I brought in for various reasons 2 cars in a span of 2 weeks. I was very pleased with the service received. I didn't feel like t relocating from GTA. I brought in for various reasons 2 cars in a span of 2 weeks. I was very pleased with the service received. I didn't feel like they were trying to suggest additional service than requested . Actually I was surprised to see that they didn't charge for an inspection requested by me to investigate an oil leak. The whole reception in service is very well organized. Dennis is great advisor , is taking the time to discuss to understand the issues and was suggested only what was need . I hope this level of service will continue, as I am planning to drive for many years my newest Toyota. More

Had 2007 matrix in for transmission flush - had great service and noticed a puddle on driveway few weeks later - thought it was transmission fluid - called service advisor and they sent someone over to t service and noticed a puddle on driveway few weeks later - thought it was transmission fluid - called service advisor and they sent someone over to the house to check. It ended up being oil and they took it in and put new filter on and changed oil. Very impressed with service and how friendly and efficient they were!! Thanks to Dennis and the tech he sent out (sorry, forgot his name) More

Having hit a large pothole, I had ToyotaTown service check our 2017 RAV4. No damage but I did have the alignment corrected. I believe that this dealership has a great service department and I have never experienced any attempt to upsell unnecessary parts or service. I recommend it. More

Particularly pleased with Service Advisor, Dennis Dabous. Dennis was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to demonstrate how to select the dashboard display, a nagging problem for believi Dennis was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to demonstrate how to select the dashboard display, a nagging problem for believing that a special tool was required. Dennis further demonstrated initiative in walking to my chair to show me my dirty cabin filter. Furthermore he came out again to tell me that my vehicle was ready ... a gesture greatly appreciated as I have difficulty hearing in the large open seating area. The complementary car wash proved to be icing on the cake for my Rav-4's winter prep. service. More
