He was also hospitable during our visit, often offering us drinks during each visit. He also ensured that the vehicle was clean when we arrived to pick it up. Adel, the financial services manager, was also friendly and knowledgeable. He respected our wishes to not have additional services included for the vehicle, as we were in a rush to babysit my baby niece. He was respectful and also personable.
