He laid everything out step by step from how the sale would occur to all the cool features in my Escape and showed me how to work everything before I left so that I was completely confident in how to operate all the features. Adel was very helpful in explaining all my options, accessory choices, and laying out the payments of my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. Dee was able to sell our trade-in for what we asked, He removed the old dirty licence plates and put them into the box of the new truck to be returned to Service Ontario. He explained various buttons in the cab to excellent satisfaction. Adel made his best effort to sell us accessories to the new truck. After going home and considering his options we bought the paint coating and spray on box liner. Thanks to both Dee and Adel for an excellent first experience with Courtesy Ford Lincoln. More
