Declan made the buying process very easy. We worked over the phone and were able to come to an agreement quickly. The car was ready to be picked up 24 hours later! Declan was knowledgeable Cadillac and it was the first we felt welcomed and no pressure. Everyone from the receptionist, sales & IT were wonderful. Declan was knowledgeable of the vehicles, answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Rob was knowledgeable of all the technical aspects of the car and was more than happy to spend as much time as we needed going over all the features and answering all our questions.
