As a 5 time vehicle purchaser I would like to see the sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Don't seem to even recognize returning clients which is something I'm surprised sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Also, very few if any new Escalades on the lot to choose from. If we had another Cadillac dealership locally I would be inclined to try them out after being a 20 year customer. More
