I have had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle and Will at hyundai GP for my last 2 vehicles and both times i have had a amazing experience everybody was so polite and courteous staff in all departments i hav hyundai GP for my last 2 vehicles and both times i have had a amazing experience everybody was so polite and courteous staff in all departments i have dealt with. They will pretend to be helpful, until It comes time to help with something, then they ignore you. Especially when it's a warranty, they will replace 2/4 tires on an AWD for said warranty, which is against help with something, then they ignore you. Especially when it's a warranty, they will replace 2/4 tires on an AWD for said warranty, which is against the law, because it causes accidents on the ice, furthermore, the tires didn't even fix the original issue, in fact they amplified the shimmy. When they took an actual look at the shimmy in the drive train, in Oct 2021, Ryan Prince told me "it's a driveshaft or axle or something" he also told me "the shimmy isn't that bad, and you'll be fine to drive to powderking this winter" (as I had mentioned I like to snowboard and I wanted the issue dealt with before the snow flew), when you need to find out parts availability, they ignore you for months at a time (this includes the fixed ops manager and the general sales manager), all while harassing you to try and set up a "maintenence appointment" based on milage that I haven't been able to use. I haven't been able to drive my 2019 Hyundai Kona for 4 MONTHS since the accident caused from their illegal repair. They have put my safety at risk, and have made less than minimal effort to rectify their mistakes, I guess it's time to look at taking legal action against their severely unprofessional, and criminally negligent service department. More

The worst experience I have had at any dealership warranty is no good un reliable, will not go above and beyond on warranty but yet hounded me hard when I was buying. I was within the 12 month period warranty is no good un reliable, will not go above and beyond on warranty but yet hounded me hard when I was buying. I was within the 12 month period when mentioned but when I brought it in i was past the 12 month. When I was buying my phone would not stop ringing they were calling steady. Once I started having problems the phone stopped ringing I had to call and find out what is happening. The palisade I bought was not inspected properly when I bought and now with only 20,000km on the vehicle they are putting the blame back on me, when the service manager and the technician both said the door is out of alignment from the factory. But still putting the blame on me. Showed the issue to another person who is part of the auto group with out telling him the actual problem and right away could see the issue with out hesitation, and said easily should be covered. Again the big guy won. I have had warranty on other vehicles in the past and never and issue and even when the warranty ran out other dealerships covered it with no problems. Here they basically just ran it up to a calling station and then that was it denied. And again no one even called me to tell me I had to call 2 to 3 weeks later to find out. More

Looked at every dealership in Dawson and was disappointed with the selection. Buddy drove me to gp and I had the best service I've ever had, they got me exactly what I wanted to get into, explained everythin with the selection. Brought my vehicle in for a rock chip repair and they promptly got it filled for me while I waited and had some coffee. Ryan was very courteous to deal with and Charlie was great to deal with. I've been dealing with Grande Prairie Hyundai since 2013 & the main reason I keep going back to them is the outstanding people that work there. I went to look at the new Elantra's on Saturday. I was dealing & the main reason I keep going back to them is the outstanding people that work there. I went to look at the new Elantra's on Saturday. I was dealing with Kyle (who also sold me my Tucson) the vehicle we were going to test drive was grabbed by another customer so Kyle picked out a different one had my doubts the wife would like the color or new style. The moment she saw it in our parking lot her face lit up and a big Wow ! The moment she sat in it and Kyle went over all the new features she fell in love ! (with the car of course). So a big thank you to Kyle on his excellent choice and he got me on the "I told you so" (had to put that in buddy) lol. Kyle and I also discussed the price and payments prior to the test drive and with the help of Kyle, Brittany and Katisha we kept it right in the zone. Professional and honest people to deal with. Thank you again Kyle ! More
