I have spoken to Dean on the phone, and he informed me that the service Ive recieved is not the standard, and he has started to work with me toward a solution. He also said he would be taking a look at the kona himself, and has ordered the available parts that we know are needed. I am planning on having it towed however, i wont be able to get it onto a truck until the new control arm comes in. If at all possible, id like to limit my dealing in the shop to Dean as he is the only one I feel i can trust at this point. Im very lucky to have the knowledge that i do, otherwise the advice that Ryan gave me couldve gotten me and possibly others injured or dead, that really is not ok with me for obvious reasons. Thank you for reaching out, and hopefully the future leads to better business.
