I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Honda Manhasset Dealership. My wife and I, both non-native English speakers, visited the dealership seeking to purchase a car. However, we were taken advan Manhasset Dealership. My wife and I, both non-native English speakers, visited the dealership seeking to purchase a car. However, we were taken advantage of financially due to our poor credit and language barrier. The sales team Honda of Manhasset seemed more interested in pushing their business agenda than genuinely assisting us. They knew full well that my wife needed my assistance, yet they chose to proceed with the sale without my presence. This is not how you conduct ethical business. Being non-native English speakers, we relied on the dealership to provide clear and honest information. Instead, we felt manipulated and exploited. It's despicable that Honda of Manhasset would take advantage of our vulnerability in such a manner. I strongly advise against doing business with Honda of Manhasset Their lack of integrity and willingness to exploit customers for financial gain is appalling. We will not be returning, and I will make sure to share our negative experience with others. More
