My wife and I bought a new pilot. We were not told the price until we got to the finance part of the deal. We were charged the destination fee twice. Disgusted by the follow response to my absolute shock that my credit was checked 2x when I was clear over my concern for how many hard credits there would be! With a credit score of 771 to day I was info that my credit was checked 2x when I was clear over my concern for how many hard credits there would be! With a credit score of 771 to day I was informed it went down by 30 points! I wanted to speak to the GM and instead got the bull from a bunch of junior managers! Got hung up on etc. I will NOT be a return customer and will write reviews on this matter! Push me to buy a car but don’t screw up my credit in the interim! Also tell Danny the manager to keep his private life private! More
