BEST Dealer I've experienced in over 45 years This place is amazing, from the first time I randomly walked in to test drive a Challenger , MikeBeaudoin Was great..no pressure , no " I have to go This place is amazing, from the first time I randomly walked in to test drive a Challenger , MikeBeaudoin Was great..no pressure , no " I have to go with you"..just a no pressure environment..after the test drive, he asked what I thought..and we had a nice conversation..a few months later, I again asked to drive a Ram pickup..same thing, Mike gave me the key and said " give it a try"..I did..and later a little undecided, put together a deal ..the next day..after a restless night..I talked to Dave Hanson, voiced my concerns, and he cancelled the purchase, with no fanfare, no drama,or guilt!..Incredible compassion! Last week after much thought..I purchased the new Ram from Mike..and after showing up unannounced ( on a Friday before a long weekend).to take delivery..I watched Him run around, unflustered and smiling all the way, while he delivered 2 other sales. While waiting I had the opportunity to observe a lot of the sales/support staff, it was amazing to watch everyone seemed so relaxed and genuinely concerned with the customers. At one point Dave was on the floor consulting with a customer..and was so comforting and understanding of their concerns! I'm 65 years old and have purchased over 150 vehicles in the last 45-50 years..and visited hundreds of dealerships, was a Mechanic for years..and Service Manager for major dealers in the GTA for many more..and can say I have never saw such genuine people as are employed at this Store! Congratulations!! More

I was unhappy with the Jeep so I went into Grimsby Chrysler Dodge Jeep to talk about options. Mike and I talked for a while researching options, we didn't even look at a vehicle. A week later I went back in and spoke to another salesperson who never once pushed me to buy but instead gathered information that she said she would give to Mike. I know I am babbling on and on...............in the end I spoke with four different salespersons and enjoyed talking with all of them. There was never any pressure, there was always a friendly smile, a good time and a great deal was made. A great small town dealership with a big city experience. Take the time to go see the folks in Grimsby! ! More
