Great Price with an honest salesman! Have been researching and looking for three months for a new truck when I finally found the right truck for me, a 2015 F150 Supercab Sport. The first thing I noticed after weeks of research and visiting dealerships was that Erinwood had the largest inventory. I even used Unhaggle.com to see if I could get a good deal and I will admit they did beat out all the earlier quotes but they couldn't beat out Erinwood. I first communicated with Erinwood through there website and there salesman Dave Grittani responded back very promptly. I told him my budget and a wish list of what I wanted and he came back to me with honest and reasonable options and prices. Dave was nice enough to sit down with me when I showed up unexpected on a Saturday afternoon and run numbers with me. Even though he knew I was not purchasing that he spent a good hour showing me every detail of the pricing and financing of the truck I inquired about. Sadly the truck I liked was out of my comfort zone and I didn't buy it. A couple of days later I found another truck in there inventory that was far more closer to my price point and was only lacking a few accessories that could be done aftermarket. Dave was more then happy to sit down again and run the numbers and in the end I purchased the truck with a deal so good I was able to fit some of the accessories that were missing from my wish list. I found Erinwood to be very forth coming and actually almost like an education compared to past vehicle purchases. Robyn the wonderful finance person went through every detail to find me the best possible way to finance my truck that fit my budget. After I left I found out my next door neighbor had just came home with his new FX4 from the very same dealer without even knowing I was there buying mine. We both went there for the same reason, the price was to hard to pass up. I would also like to mention that while the dealership was prepping my truck for delivery they noticed a small piece of molding over the front wheel well was scratched. They didn't hesitate to inform me of the problem and replace the piece of molding with only delaying the delivery a day. I know of many dealerships would have either hid the repair or just hoped I never noticed it in the first place. Erinwood owed up to it and fixed it. More

This is the third vehicle that I have leased from this dealership and I come back because of the dedication and excellent customer service from Dave. He is enthusiastic, knows his product and makes the whole experience fun as well. I wanted a 2015 Ford Escape and he provided all the necessary details about the vehicle and also compared it to the Ford Edge to see if that was a better vehicle for me. The Escape won out and we ordered it. Dave was in contact with me by phone and email when necessary and did a fantastic job keeping me informed. He was also very helpful in dealing with my insurance company that seemed have a big problem sending a binder form to him. Two days and at least 5 phone calls to them didn't discourage him. He kept working on the problem and won out. I feel this shows great dedication and excellent care of his customer. I will definitely be back for a fourth vehicle and hope to see Dave again!! More

After receiving an extremely detailed and prompt response about the vehicle. I made an appointment to come in to the dealership for a test drive. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was so inviting, all employees were very friendly and welcoming. Dave was extremely knowledgable and gave me a walk through of all of the features on the vehicle during the test drive.
