I had been shopping around for about a month and came across Erinwood. I was impressed by their website, it was incredibly easy to search the site for the vehicle I wanted and I immediately contacted Dave Grittani. After receiving an extremely detailed and prompt response about the vehicle. I made an appointment to come in to the dealership for a test drive. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was so inviting, all employees were very friendly and welcoming. Dave was extremely knowledgable and gave me a walk through of all of the features on the vehicle during the test drive. My purchasing experience with Dave was a wonderful experience and all my questions were answered. Great customer service with a smile! Even at the end when I picked up my vehicle I was impressed by the delivery process where I was given an overview of all the technology in the car and drove away fully aware of all the features and how to use them. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Erinwood! I would and already have recommended Erinwood to my friends and family. More

This was my first large consumer purchase and wanted to make sure i did not get caught up in the old-school pressure sales tactics of years gone by. I wanted to buy the car I wanted, with the options I requested for the price I wanted to pay all the while making comparisons and decisions from the confident position of my own desk... not some sales persons scummy cubicle. We booked the visit on-line and arrived on the Sunday to meet Dave (on his day off) and he was amazing to talk to and deal with. After a test drive and some serious discussions they made us an offer that we couldn't pass on. The paperwork was simple, everything was discussed and open and we had finished the deal before we knew it. Took delivery 3 days later and again, just as easy and Dave took the time to go through the truck with us again before we left to ensure we were comfortable with it.
