He had my truck special ordered exactly the way I wanted it and the truck arrived from the factory a only few weeks later. During this wait period the incentives changed and at time of delivery Dave gave me the better deal. If I had any questions Dave would answer right away and if he didn't know he would find out. Every part of the buying experience was easy. I recommend erinwood to anyone thinking about getting a Ford or any vehicle. More

I already had in mind of what I wanted when I first came in. I was not pressured in any way to purchase anything other than what I wanted. I had a budget in mind and he took the time to work out MANY different builds of the vehicle i was interested in on paper for me so I could go home and think about it. I eventually came in to purchase my new 2016 F150. The overall experience was good, transparent and easy going. Dave will constantly keep you informed on any questions or concerns you may have.... whether he is at work or not. Nick Palalas was also very helpful to me as well. More

First Mustang Purchase I was in the market for a new 2016 Mustang in Guard Metallic. Within 20 minutes I was at the dealership - by 9:30pm I had bought the car. Great dealership - you get the vibe people enjoy their job and everyone I talked to was passionate about cars - something that is almost absent in todays instant gratification culture. Dave was very professional and explained all the details - I have never had a more enjoyable car purchasing experience. I highly recommend Dave and the dealership. More

I am from out of town(almost a 2 hour drive)and Dave answered my questions and we were able to complete most of the deal via e mails and phone calls. When I went to the dealership Dave was ready to meet with me and made it a pleasure to visit and complete the deal. Dave had the car ready to deliver in a couple days and when i showed up to pick up the car everything was ready to go with no problems . Another note ,when they say no other dealer fees they mean it. Thank you for all your help . Good job I like this car more than I thought . It might be too nice for a daily driver. I might have to buy another car for my wife to use as a daily driver? More
