Even better, I got a great price with great service. I flew in from Winnipeg and got the vehicle I wanted, how I wanted it, for thousands of dollars less than identical vehicles in my local market. Finally got my hot hatch! I've been wanting a Focus ST for the past 5 years. I searched a few dealerships that had them but found Erinwood had many to choose from as well as a I've been wanting a Focus ST for the past 5 years. I searched a few dealerships that had them but found Erinwood had many to choose from as well as a reputation as a high volume dealership. I booked an appointment online with Dave Grittani who was very professional online and answered many of my questions. When I arrived Saturday to test drive my car, Dave was not available due to a family emergency. Dave had recommended Victor C to me in his place. Victor was amazing. Had a great laugh, loved to joke around and allowed me to test drive the car alone so I wouldn't be so nervous beside a salesperson. Victor was never pressuring, was a great listener and a great salesperson. He saw how much I really wanted this car and worked as best as possible to help me get it. It was great experience. Nick Palalas (Nick the Greek) evaluated my trade in and was the funniest guy you could meet. We spoke at length about numerous travel experiences and I was amazed at his wealth of knowledge. I will definitely take his travel recommendations. Carol was not pushy, she was very helpful and was very upfront. Usually the finance part is the really painful one but definitely not this time. Dave emailed me after the sale to see how it went and congratulated me on the purchase. I really appreciated that part, he was not a part of the sale but still showed concern and praise. Overall, I had a great experience. Can't wait to get my car! More

The pricing of the vehicle seemed very transparent and I walked away feeling like I hadn’t been taken advantage of and that I had gotten a great deal. He was very knowledgeable in all areas of the transaction. There was a small hiccup at the end with the trade-in but the end result was fair. I would highly recommend Dave if you’re in the market for a new vehicle! More
