The financing process was also smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the expertise of the finance team, Joseph Castelluccio and Carol Buckwald. They were both transparent about all costs and fees, and worked hard to ensure that I received a fair deal. They took the time to explain all of my financing options and answer any questions that I had, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. Once the paperwork was complete, the team at Erinwood Ford made sure that my new F150 was ready for me to drive off the lot. After having a dissapointing experience at another non-Ford dealership with trying to order and purchase our first electric vehicle, we decided to come to Erinwood Ford after seeing positive reviews a non-Ford dealership with trying to order and purchase our first electric vehicle, we decided to come to Erinwood Ford after seeing positive reviews and learning of their experience with a higher volume of EVs. After my husband was in contact with Dave online we knew we had come to the right place! After meeting Dave in person, he was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the Mustang Mach-E that we were interested in ordering. He set us up with a test drive and helped us through the whole process of placing our order for a 2024 Mach-E, as the orders for the 2023 Select had closed. We knew it would be a wait (of at least a year) to get the car, but definitely felt it was worth it. However to our surprise and delight we got a call and text just a few weeks later that someone had turned down delivery of their 2022 Mach-E Select AWD and Dave was able to offer it to us (with the help of other colleagues at Erinwood Ford). What a shock that we got the car we had really wanted in the first place so much faster than we ever expected! Overall the whole process of purchasing the car was extremely smooth - Dave and others at Erinwood welcomed us and our three children for another test drive and were so patient as they came with me to pick it up on delivery day. They also arranged for a professional installation of heated seats before the car was delivered as that was a must-have for me. The whole process was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend Dave Grittani and the whole Erinwood Ford team for any vehicle purchase! More
