My return back to Honda West was the right move After a few gap years I went back to Honda West last week. The sales team at Honda West, headed up by Majed Larbe (who still remembers my wife's and my birthday after 7 years) are helpful and knowledgeable, always seeking to meet your needs rather than theirs. I was introduced, by Majed, to Darrin Hurst on his sales team. From start to finish, Darrin was polite and attentive, without being overbearing on his product knowledge. He's a top-notch salesman. We completed the sale (we bought a new CRV this time) with some excellent support from Honda West's Financial Services, Manager Matthew Baillie. Matt also has a nice style in his work and was clear on what was available to extend our warranty beyond the standard three years. I also want to give a shout out to Ashley in reception for her helpful follow-up calls. I know from having cars serviced at Honda West for about eleven years that there will be quality ongoing support where I need it.
