2016 CRV Purchase - Fantastic from Start to Finish We have been Honda owners since 1986 with the purchase of a Honda Accord LX. Over the past 30 years our family has driven a 1992 Accord EX, 2000 Accor We have been Honda owners since 1986 with the purchase of a Honda Accord LX. Over the past 30 years our family has driven a 1992 Accord EX, 2000 Accord SE, 2009 Civic Sedan Sport and a 2013 Civic Touring. Our most recent purchase came as a result of driving a rental SUV while on vacation. My 6'2" husband was impressed with the easy of access in and out of the vehicle. Upon returning to Calgary we made a trip to Honda West to look at our options as we have been Honda West customers since our move to Calgary 5 years ago. We were met by Darrin Hurst and were drawn to his easy going personality. Darrin is also extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He offered us the opportunity to take the test CRV for an extended drive in order for my husband to determine how his back would feel in the CRV. The ride was impressive and his back was great. Within a week we were the new owners of a 2016 CRV Touring! Darrin was attentive without being pushy or overbearing. Once we agreed to a purchase price and the value of our trade in we were put in the very capable hands of Gabe Gamauf (a fellow Maritimer). He reviewed our agreement and made the process a very smooth and enjoyable one. We love the CRV and would recommend Honda West; Darrin Hurst & Gabe Gamauf, in particular, without hesitation! More

The great thing was after we changed our mind on the color, he was still so friendly to us and did it for us quickly, we got our car within a few days.
