While Bryan is my usual go-to guy, my most recent service had me working with Noah, who, as always, was swift, efficient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Noah kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and provided an estimated completion time with regular phone updates. While I understand that this level of service is part of their job, whether it's Noah, Darren, or Bryan, there's always a personal touch that makes you feel like you're among friends. I've dealt with various service departments from different brands, but the service at Freeway Mazda stands out on a whole new level. Other brands should take note. I have no problem recommending those 3 from the service department at Freeway.

We love our Signature Turbo, the fact that it is red, even more so, the interior is tops. The vehicle is a learning curve, a lot of computerized features that were not present in our 2010 CX9. Thank you to Peter Herbert and Tommy Li for your professionalism. Thank you to Eric in the smooth transition with all aspects of the purchase of the CX5.
