Purchased 2 vehicles from Capital now I just recently purchased my second vehicle from Capital with Les. The experience was exciting and nerve wracking all at the same time. I appreciated the knowledge and passion that Les brings to vehicles. His mechanical knowledge supplements my personal knowledge on vehicles quite well and he has helped fill in the gaps where required. Craig was the product manager that we were working with and dealing with Craig was excellent. His no bs approach was appreciated and he worked at getting me close to exactly what I felt was fair for my trade. Based on these two gentlemen's professionalism I will be coming back to Capital for my vehicle needs. More

Great experience. I stopped by capital ford to look at a used truck I had seen on-line. The sales person (Jason Pawluk) introduced himself and after telling him what I I stopped by capital ford to look at a used truck I had seen on-line. The sales person (Jason Pawluk) introduced himself and after telling him what I was looking for he was quick to get me in the truck and down the road. The entire experience including an extended test drive was concise and relaxed. At no point did I feel pressured to buy nor did Jason try to up-sell me. I now have a great truck at a great price and feel awesome about the entire experience. More

Mohammed and Craig had been nothing short of efficient in dealing with our needs but we never felt pressured about getting the vehicle at all. I got my first vehicle almost 6 years ago and it was impressive how Craig still recognized me and as a customer it made me feel like I'm not dealing with a salesman but just talking to a friend. Mohammed was the same way, he was very eager to help us out and made sure that we got all the details we needed. Been to other dealerships and i have to say, I learned my lesson regrettably. Glad I have Capital Ford to go back to. More
