The customer service was terrible! It was almost impossible to get a call back from anyone but Darren! I was told I had to bring the rental vehicle back and had not heard about my vehi It was almost impossible to get a call back from anyone but Darren! I was told I had to bring the rental vehicle back and had not heard about my vehicle yet! Once I did get my truck back I had Nucar check the fluids. There were 2 fluids that were low. Those should have been topped off. I never have been treated like this as a customer before! My first and hopefully last Handy Toyota experience! More

Everyone was great. Fast service. Done sooner than I thought. They let me know if I needed anything else done in the future. Also they asked if I would like a renta Fast service.
