I would give zero stars if that were an option. The rude lady in the service department gave us an appointment to come in for service on new years day. We drove over an hour to get there on time fo The rude lady in the service department gave us an appointment to come in for service on new years day. We drove over an hour to get there on time for our appointment only to find that they were closed due to the holiday. Then when I called back she refused to put my call through to the service manager. I was told they called and couldn't get an answer which was a lie, we had no missed calls. Then they told my son that their automated phone system was supposed to call us but it didn't work. They don't care how they treat people. More
