We test drove two vehicles on two separate days - and in both cases the cars were ready to go upon arrival. Darnell's knowledge of the car and all its tech features was apparent from the get-go - and once we decided we wanted to purchase, Darnell was very helpful in finding a specific vehicle that met our specs so to speak. I would add that Darnell and management were very non "salesy" in their approach in that we never felt any of the pressure you often feel during the car buying process - this was very much appreciated! When our car arrived, Mr. Bowens was equally excited about our purchase and took the time to explain all the car's features and functionalities in detail. The most impressive stage of the process was meeting with Mr. Larry Cash, the finance manager. Mr. Cash's good nature and engaging personality made us comfortable discussing the financing. Mr. Cash is a financial expert who enjoys his job and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service to his clients. Darnell was pleasant and straight forward in every respect offering different perspectives on the cars in stock and ultimately working with Sales Manager Dean Cunningham to find exactly what we were looking for a getting it to us in two days. Dean was fair in developing the terms of our deal and never pushy or obtuse. Darnell later spent hours with us going over the features and operations of the car, compensating for our lack of technical expertise. Even Larry the Finance Manager was easy to work with and didn't push us to buy collateral products. Mike, another Sales Manager was also very helpful. Overall, we could not have been more politely handled. More
