Brad was the first salesman I didn't want to run away from! I had been mulling over the idea of getting rid of my truck and buying a car for a while. I knew I already liked VW so I stopped to look at a couple models and that's when I met Brad. He was super easy to get along with and I appreciated his genuine nature. After reviewing the situation on the truck and what was left owing yaddy yadda, I was thinking getting into a different vehicle wouldn't be a possibility at this time. Brad and Darcy went over what my options were, there was no fluff, no reading in between the lines & no pressure. When we agreed on a deal that I was comfortable with, I went in to sign some papers and get all the details hammered out. To my surprise, they were able to get an even lower interest rate then previously stated and a few extra perks I wasn`t expecting (I had delt with Chris from VW finance as well as a wonderful gentleman from GP Chrysler who I unfortunately can`t remember his name). Overall, I felt like they did everything they could to make me feel like I was getting a great deal and even went over and above to ensure it. On the day I went to pick up my new Jetta, Brad had brought in his wife and new baby for me to meet and get baby snuggles! It was a great surprise and i`ll never forget it! Great job guys! More

They were all very patient in answering all of my questions about the vehicle and the financing. Super knowledgeable. Chris made the financing process incredibly easy, and took the time to explain things thoroughly. Brad knew the vehicle and its features inside out, and gave me a full tutorial before I drove it off the lot! They really went above and beyond for us, making the drive from out of town totally worth it to go to Grande Prairie Volkswagen. I could not be happier with the vehicle I chose. More

Professional but personable and displayed high levels of personal integrity and great character. Never once did I feel any kind of pressure and truly felt he had my interests at heart through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and also fun to work with. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to pay him a visit. You will not regret it! Darcy as well was amazing to work with, very friendly and thorough. And as someone who doesn't quite understand the whole financial process very well, he laid things out simply and explained it all in a way that I would understand. Overall I'd give my entire experience with Volkswagen and its employees 5 stars. It's so great to find honest salesman in this industry. More

Above and Beyond My mom and I have always believed the ability to drive standard to be an invaluable skill. However, I learned to drive on an automatic. It came time f My mom and I have always believed the ability to drive standard to be an invaluable skill. However, I learned to drive on an automatic. It came time for my first car, and after brief research we decided a Jetta would be the way to go. We then chose standard, for it is slightly less expensive, and the fuel economy is better. We live in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, and do not have a Volkswagen dealership. The nearest one was Grande Prairie. Over the course of a month, through minimal emails and phone calls, we worked together and the process of picking the colour to purchasing was smooth. Upon arriving in town to pick up the vehicle, while mom signed the papers, Robin walked me through the safety features and navigation of my car. He then offered to teach me standard with his day off. We spent 3-4 hours together on a rainy Sunday driving around Grande Prairie-- one hour of which was repeatedly going up and down the same hill. He is a phenomenal teacher, at the end of my first day I feel more comfortable driving than I thought I would. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. From the purchasing the car to driving it off of the lot (and beyond), my mom and I were taken care of. More
