Very poor customer service. Terrible service department. They are not flexible or accommodating, I've caught overcharges. Twice I've had "new" error codes come on immediately aft Terrible service department. They are not flexible or accommodating, I've caught overcharges. Twice I've had "new" error codes come on immediately after my car has been serviced there, and they have not considered whether they caused the errors. Most disappointing of all, the dealership manager was completely unresponsive to my inquiries and my concerns with the service department. The response from the dealership written below this review is not in relation to my complaint. My complaint was not about pricing. This dealership does not value customer service. More

Awesome people selling Fantastic cars To be honest, my initial impression wasn't that great. My first point of contact with GPVW was through their website. I sent an email inquiring about To be honest, my initial impression wasn't that great. My first point of contact with GPVW was through their website. I sent an email inquiring about a new car, which I never received a reply to. But after a few weeks of waiting, I decided to try them again, (this time by phone) because they are my nearest local dealership and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. From that point on the experience was nothing but a breeze. Darcy was super open and pleasant, and Brad's got a passion for his job and the product he sells that's extremely contagious. The whole buying experience was super simple and smooth. It's worth noting that I found their pricing to be super competitive compared to other VW dealerships in the province that I talked to. I have nothing but good things to say. I love my new car. More

I was Difficult, They were not. I spent three days harassing these guys with questions and and was more difficult then i needed to be. I bought a Jetta, and within 3 hours had a flat tire. i was lent a vehicle at no cost, offered road side assistance and left with good service in a situation no one wants. Brad was the first salesman I didn't want to run away from! I had been mulling over the idea of getting rid of my truck and buying a car for a while. I knew I already liked VW so I stopped to look at a couple m I had been mulling over the idea of getting rid of my truck and buying a car for a while. I knew I already liked VW so I stopped to look at a couple models and that's when I met Brad. He was super easy to get along with and I appreciated his genuine nature. After reviewing the situation on the truck and what was left owing yaddy yadda, I was thinking getting into a different vehicle wouldn't be a possibility at this time. Brad and Darcy went over what my options were, there was no fluff, no reading in between the lines & no pressure. When we agreed on a deal that I was comfortable with, I went in to sign some papers and get all the details hammered out. To my surprise, they were able to get an even lower interest rate then previously stated and a few extra perks I wasn`t expecting (I had delt with Chris from VW finance as well as a wonderful gentleman from GP Chrysler who I unfortunately can`t remember his name). Overall, I felt like they did everything they could to make me feel like I was getting a great deal and even went over and above to ensure it. On the day I went to pick up my new Jetta, Brad had brought in his wife and new baby for me to meet and get baby snuggles! It was a great surprise and i`ll never forget it! Great job guys! More
