I did write a review on Google but I can copy and paste what I wrote! If you have an doubts, let me put you at ease! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and of course I was nervous and a litt what I wrote! If you have an doubts, let me put you at ease! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and of course I was nervous and a little skeptical because I've heard of the grimy people who take advantage. However that will not happen to you here. The first thing you do when you walk into the store; You ask for Danny, then you relax and find what car is best for you. Danny will listen to what your saying, he won't make you feel like you have to buy, and I can promise there is 0 pressure from him, and he's honest. He made sure to stay in my budge, and he offered so many different options that worked for me. I can give a good example about how he went above and beyond. This might seem so small, but it proves who he is as the person you can trust. I didn't know that cars didn't come with the mats that go on the floors of your vehicle. When my papa had to go back in to get the refund that you have to put a deposit on for your car, He asked Danny if there was supposed to be mats in the car? Danny said not usually, but let me get them for you right now. I was given them for free even after the purchase was already done. The one guy who gave the matts to my papa said "just another Danny after sale extra bonus haha" . He went above and beyond, and I was very lucky that he was the one who helped for sure. On top of Danny being a top notch human, you then have the finance services.. absolutely Phenomenal people they both worked with me, gave me extra bonuses, made sure I was comfortable, and in detail went over everything so that I understood. Even when I asked questions, and I asked quite a few of them they answered every single one with the utmost patience. I know this review was long but I think it was necessary because there are alot people you can't trust and many are always just trying to get a sale because they got their bills to pay too. But that's not the case here. You will be treated with respect, And you will feel good about your purchase. If you decide to go here just ask for Danny, and like I said the rest of it you don't have to stress! Best of luck vehicle shopping! More

The enthusiasm of Jenise, the pragmatism of Danny, and the humility professionals that enjoys what they do and that naturally flows to their clients. Danny Deng was great right from the start! The process was great and we really felt like we were treated fairly with negotiations and are the proud owners of a previously loved 2020 Kia Sorent The process was great and we really felt like we were treated fairly with negotiations and are the proud owners of a previously loved 2020 Kia Sorento Black Line! Darren Beagle was also excellent during the financing & closing process. Post sale there were a few adjustments required which Chris Randal and Ved Sharma were happy to help with. I also have to add that Joel March was great to chat with at the Parts counter while the final touch ups were taking place. All things considered this was an excellent experience! I recently purchased a vehicle from Straightline Kia and unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. Upon closer inspection, I noticed several physical imperfections on the vehicle that were not unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. Upon closer inspection, I noticed several physical imperfections on the vehicle that were not disclosed during the sales process. Firstly, there was a noticeable bulge on the rear tire, which is concerning as it could potentially affect the safety and performance of the vehicle. Additionally, the rubber on the windshield was not properly flushed during the windshield replacement, resulting in an uneven and unprofessional appearance. Furthermore, there were deep scratches and rust on the rear door, which were not disclosed or addressed prior to the purchase. This is unacceptable as it indicates a lack of attention to detail and proper maintenance by the dealership. Another issue I encountered was that the engine was not cleaned, which is surprising considering it should have been part of the standard preparation process for a vehicle being sold. This lack of attention to cleanliness is disappointing and reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to quality. While I appreciate that Blair, the sales manager, tried to resolve the issues, the overall experience with Straight line Kia has not been satisfactory. The dealership failed to properly disclose and address these physical imperfections on the vehicle, resulting in a disappointing purchase experience. Even after I brought these to their attention, specially the rust on the door, it was still not properly fixed. While I know that this is a used vehicle, they should have informed me prior to purchase. I never had a chance to inspect this as it was all covered with dirt when I had to do the drive test. In conclusion, I am disappointed with my experience at Straight line Kia. The presence of a bulge on the tire, improperly flushed windshield rubber, noticeable scratches and rust on the rear door, and an engine that was not cleaned are all issues that should have been addressed prior to the sale. I hope that Straight line Kia takes these concerns seriously and takes appropriate measures to improve their attention to detail and customer service in the future. But, Still thankful to Blair for trying to fix this issue with his own ability. More
