The service department is top-notch, and Daniel always does his best to get the service done on time. He spends enough time to explain what's going on and checks to see if the work is covered under recall does his best to get the service done on time. I had the worst experience, sorry to say. I checked my car in early for the scheduled appointment in the morning; I was called in the afternoon and asked why I was a no-show. They had no idea I checked my car in early for the scheduled appointment in the morning; I was called in the afternoon and asked why I was a no-show. They had no idea where my paperwork or car was. Then I was stranded without a car and no communication from anyone for multiple days. When I finally was able to get my car, they still had no idea who I was. They had to hunt my keys and paperwork down, offered no explanation or apology, handed me my car keys to search their whole car lot for my car myself, only to find it boxed in and trapped between multiple dead cars. The experience was terrible, and I’m not even a mean person. I wasn’t treated right though at all. More

Dan continues to deserve 5 stars for his excellent service. Unfortunately, the dealership under the new ownership doesn’t meet the same standard.
