I had to bring my mini Cooper in for an urgent appointment as I am out of state and broke down on the highway. He had two times mistyped my name on the system to try find my schedule information. I have to back to dealer two times, because he said can’t find my schedule on the record which is he mis- spelling my n find my schedule information.
