I sent my vehicle to the service due to it not starting. It took them 2 months to switch out a relay fuse. And 1 day for it not to start again once I got home. The service was performed thoroughly and in a timely manner. No superfluous procedures were recommended, but necessary ancilliary maintanence was noted and taken care of. I had not taken my car to a dealership for service in quite some time based on previous bad experiences, but because of the quality of their work and their attentive personnel I will be returning my vehicle to Patriot when the time comes.
