Have purchased 4 Toyotas from Dan since 1996, just want to say that my experiences working with Dan over the past 18 years have been fantastic. My most recent purchase is a brand new Toyota Sienna and after speaking with Dan and his commitment for a great deal, he brought me over to work with Tim Dalton. Working with Tim was so easy, he is honest and mindful of my time, as a parent of 3 year old twins. he brought vehicles over to my house to help me an my wife decide and even on delivery had Kid DVD ready to keep the kids entertained as he walked through the delivery of the van. I give them five stars, but if I could give them more I would. My family went in looking to buy one car for me, but we ended up leaving with three! Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly staff. We had spoken to the sales manager, Mike Demers on the phone and told him we were interested in the Avalon, and their team had it pulled up and waiting for us to test drive. Jacob Perez, another sales associate helped us test drive every car we were interested in, taking his time bring out the ones we liked in the pouring rain! He even brought us beverages and snacks because we were there all day sealing deals on three cars. Mike was able to give us good prices on our trade-ins and also threw on some great features to our new vehicles. Miguel Cepeda was able to get each of us great interest rates and good deals on our protection packages. Dan Bortolussi even came out and gave us each a stuffed animal to say thank you for our purchases. We ended up getting a new Avalon, Venza, and Corolla, which we are all very happy with. We had a great experience and will be sure to recommend this dealership to our friends and family! More

I went to the dealership uncertain on what kind of vehicle i want and as a first time buyer i pretty sure you guys would know how nerve racking that is so i went with my mother and let me tell you she vehicle i want and as a first time buyer i pretty sure you guys would know how nerve racking that is so i went with my mother and let me tell you she is very hard to please, on arrival we were greeted by Imad Beneikour who made us feel welcome and at home show us to a seat and brought us some hot chocolate and coffee FREE OF CHARGE!!!!, and assured us that we would be taken cared of by the best of the best thats when we meet Andi Xhacka who was a pleasant surprise one of the nicest guys i meet sat me down and educated me on everything i need to know about the vehicles that interested me from top to bottom even the plus and negatives and went on multiple test drives with me with no hesitation till i found the vehicle i fell in love with which was already mark at a xxxx of a good price he assured me that he could do better then any other dealership the entire time he was helping me he was always making sure everything was ok with mom which ment the world to me and her herself was very please thats untill she stumble upon a vehicle that she also like and Dhimitri Lako so pleasantly model to her and wowed her on everything then we went back inside to wrap up the deals not on one vehicle but 2!!!! upon entering the building we ran into Mr. Kennedy Lidonde who i had the pleasure of sharing a few laughs especially when Tony Bonillia and Micheal Demers came and join in on the fun then we got to business with mike who actually wowed us even more and gave us better numbers then before for both mine and Andi deal and Dhimitri and my mothers deal we bought on the spot couldnt refused those numbers, i know you guys are reading this and thinking wow what a trip at a dealership but thats not all the cherry on top we got to meet the man in charge himself Daniel Bortolussi who i am honor to say you will never find a man like that anywhere just a great guy with a xxxx near perfect organization who is run to t on how his personality is just excellent Herb if you see this just know your dealership in auburn has be bless by god himself to have such wonderful people and service i was honor to buy a car from them and my business and my entire family business will foever be kept at auburn if your reading this and decide to shop else where there is something seriously wrong with you best dealership hands down thank you guys for everything ill see you guys soon for my check up More

Hands down the best Toyota dealer in MA. These guys are great. I'm a pro and brutal to deal with. Dealers usually hate me when I leave. Jason and Mike were the coolest guys I have ever dealt with. Even when I would give my tough guy/jerk routine to them, they still treated me like gold. I'm not joking when I say it was enjoyable. And no one likes the process of buying a new car. It hurts sometimes!!!! But what a place here. Second Tacoma from them and every car will always be through here. Can't say enough good things about this place. Again, don't forget, I'm brutal. If someone does one little thing to me that I don't like, I hold it against them! But can't say one bad thing. also the GM (Dan) is a class act and nice guy. Usually GM's are untouchable and hide away. Dan is a super star. Jason and Mike are so cool that I want them to be my friends...haha I actually want a problem to happen just so I can go and talk with them both again. Buy here and I GUARANTEE you won't regret it. We were at Herb Chambers picking up my husband's truck from service and I was looking around the show room when the 2013 Rav 4 caught my eye. Wayne Brodsky approached me and I was impressed how knowledgeable he was about this vehicle. I was short on time and when I had to leave, he handed me a brochure and his parting words were that "he would be available whenever I wanted to visit the dealership and take one for a test drive". I was currently driving a 2007 FJ Cruiser and had not been planning to change vehicles at this time. I looked at the brochure many times over the next month or so and when I decided to go test drive one, I went back to Herb Chambers to find Wayne. He again took the time to tell me all about the Rav 4, then we took it for a test drive and then we discussed what options I wanted. The team there was very accommodating, taking the time to offer the best trade for the FJ and obtain the vehicle and options I was looking for. However, I was just not ready to sign on the dotted line. I was not an easy sell and had it in my head I was going to shop around. After that visit, Wayne touched base with me but did not pressure me. I had to know I was getting the best deal. Within the next week or so, I visited 2 other Toyota dealers looking to get a better trade in deal. Neither of the other Toyota dealers offered such attentive, knowledgeable, patient sales people like Wayne nor could they compare to Herb Chambers trade in deal. After all comparisons were done, Herb Chambers won hands down with high marks going to Wayne Brodsky as the best salesman. I revisited with Wayne, he answered all my remaining questions, he made sure all bases were covered and we closed the deal. Within days, Herb Chambers obtained the exact vehicle I wanted. Wayne you are the best! Also kudos to Mr. Bortuloussi, General Manager for personally thanking me for my purchase. Also kudos to Mr. Jeffrey Krasner who took the time to explain Herb Chambers Service Department. Also kudos to finance for finalizing paperwork so quickly. Oh yeah, love my 2013 RAV 4! More
