Sells bad high mileage cars that should never be on the lot. Have had bad experiences on two different cars from this lot as follows: Vehicle 1 - 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Engine blew after owning vehicle 3 Have had bad experiences on two different cars from this lot as follows: Vehicle 1 - 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Engine blew after owning vehicle 3 days. Had vehicle towed there. Dealer did buy the vehicle back provided I purchased another vehicle there. And then later we saw the Trailblazer back on the lot and Weld County Garage trying to knowingly sell it to someone else with the bad engine still in it at a similar price to what we paid. Various sales staff told us that it had not been repaired. In my opinion that is outright fraud. Vehicle 2 - 2008 Chevrolet Suburban LT- Z71., which was advertised on there website as a LTZ model ( false advertising) purchased to replace the 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Yhis was discovered after the contract was signed after they had represented it to be a LTZ model. So then after a few month the engine went bad on the 2008 Chevrolet Suburban LT Z71.. Dealer refused to make good on this one. Ended up buying a GM engine for it and refinancing auto loan to pay for it. And also when we bought this car they were supposed to give us a 2nd new key with auto remote but it appears they reprogrammed a used one that is cracked. It does not work even after replacing the battery at there parts counter. So yes I am upset. And now more serious problems. Just constant problems. Now a major problem with the differential (loud grinding noise), also brake issues, also serious emission issues. etc. Another auto shop said it would be a major expensive repair. We have already did a lot of work on this car before the engine went bad and also put in new wheel bearing kits on both both front wheels. All this dealership is doing is selling junk high mileage used cars that there mechanics are not checking out thoroughly. And probably giving two much trade in value to customers that, are probably buying a new vehicle. Certain staff tried to get us to lease a vehicle at ballpark payment range of $460 per month or higher lease payments. We cannot afford this. Our monthly payment on the suburban went up from $228 a month to 288 a month with the engine replacement added into the refinanced auto loan. Will lose a lot of money value trading this vehicle but it's not worth the money to fix this differential problem at our expense as it's a major expensive repair. This dealership should do good customer goodwill and fix all mechanical issues on this vehicle at no further cost to us. I will never do business with Weld County Garage ever again if they do not try to make us good and whole on this lemon that they sold us. I think strongly they should pay off this loan in full at the begining sales price, apply the $1000 cash payment and the $1000 trade in payment plus all loan payments paid thus far to the credit union to the purchase of another vehicle from them. There owner and general manager and certain sales manager staff do not care about customer goodwill but I will give them one final chance before I consider exploring other alternatives. Or the other alternative is to repair this car at there dealership with all parts being checked out and a warranty put on the car by then a d while the car is in the shop that they provide a no cost free re talk to us. What's next to go wrong - ie: transmission,??? So the choice lies with the owner of Weld County Garage and the General Manager. I am going to talk to my credit union about this situation and other possible remedies to resolve these issues if Weld County Garage does not respond with an equitable solution that is acceptable to us. I suggest to anyone who is interested in purchasing a used vehicle here to think twice or more before signing a purchase contract and take the vehicle to an outside mechanic. Weld County Garage has refused to return calls with phone voicemails left over this major differential issue, emissions, check engine light issues. etc An Extremely Very Dissastified former customer.
