Looking for a Larger SUV (Yukon XL) has been like playing "hide and seek"! They are so well sought after that it feels like they are hiding and all we are doing is seeking them from so many dealerships and "hide and seek"! They leave their ads up to give hope to families like ours that there is a rainbow on the other side, only to be bated and switched to something outrageously expensive! Until we met Dan O'Leary! From the moment he answered the phone to the moment we closed the deal and the registration transferred to our name - IT WAS MORE THAN A PLEASURE DEALING WITH AN HONEST AND RESPECTABLE INDIVIDUAL, in a field where there are so few! Dano (as he also goes by) even allowed us to test drive the type of SUV we were looking for, but my husband works on Saturdays and all Dealerships are closed on Sunday . I know he had a copy of my driver's license and my Insurance card, but still in this day and age to trust that we were legit honest trustworthy people that would bring back this $57,000 vehicle back on Monday, says a lot about a business! 'Dan O'Leary' - It was time to replace my aging Yukon with a newer one. I knew what I wanted so when a quick internet search located a vehicle that met my criteria I reached out to the Garage, left a mes with a newer one. I knew what I wanted so when a quick internet search located a vehicle that met my criteria I reached out to the Garage, left a message asking for a call back and went to bed. The next day like clock work I got a call from Dan. He was professional, accommodating and friendly. Within 10min I had a deposit down on the vehicle and I got to relax. We communicated a couple times by text to iron our a few details about my trade it and then I came in a few days later - Everything was waiting for me, no hassle, no up-sell, no haggling... as easy as pie. Dropped of one car, a couple signatures, a check and I was off in the newer car. How car buying should be. Thank you Dan O'Leary... I will be back. More
